Speaking at BSFG's Climate Science Talks on Friday 26 February, Helen Haines MP updated the local community on the progress of the Local Power Plan initiative , reporting that she had introduced the Australian Local Power Agency Bill 2021 into Federal Parliament earlier that week. This bill encapsulates the Local Power Plan, a blueprint for everyday Australians to benefit from the coming renewable energy boom in heir local area.
